I founded Elysian Synergy with a simple belief: that healing and true potential happen when you feel safe, at home, grounded and supported.

From the name to the support offered, it is all about the blending of traditional and alternative and the tailoring of support to look at the whole person. The name Elysian comes from Greek mythology to mean a state or place of perfect happiness and peace. While synergy refers to the magic that happens when elements are combines to become greater than the sum of its parts.

The support you will receive is more than a single approach. It is combining my decades of experience, professional and vocational qualifications/training, with my spiritual and clinically informed practice. Its skills I have developed over the span of my career. But it is also about the relationship we have when working together.

I have spent 20 plus years navigating the most complex human experiences from high stake roles in safeguarding to leading large scale charitable initiatives. Its been a journey of reflection, discovery, frustration, achievement and resilience. But its also been a journey of impact on others. All of which has led to the unique approach you are offered here today.
